so if you order multiple items, they may:
 • arrive in separate packages
 • ship at slightly different times
 • take different scenic routes to reach you

this is normal, expected, and not a sign of shipping chaos — just modern internet wizardry at work.

typical production times range from 2–7 business days, depending on the product. during busy seasons, this can be a bit longer.

once your item ships, you’ll receive tracking information when available.

we don’t inflate shipping costs for fun — they’re set by the production partners and carriers doing the actual transporting.

delays & real life

once a package leaves the production facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. while we wish we controlled the weather, air traffic, and global logistics… we do not.

if your package is delayed in transit, we recommend checking the tracking link first. if something looks truly lost or strange, reach out and we’ll help however we can.
